Wonderful resort. Cottages were very comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Food was amazing.

It was an amazing experience there. The hotel staff was very helpful. The food was really tasty. The resort is situated in a very quiet and peaceful location. It's near the Dhela zone. Hence, it was easier to reach there. The hotel staff also arranged the jungle safari for us. The rooms were very clean. The view from the room was very aesthetic.I would recommend this place if you want to spend your time in the lap of nature without any disturbance.

The only drawback was they have no wifi.

Staff were nice, just sometimes a little bit eccentric but I think they were exicted to see me maybe? Unsure They took me on a free walking tour in the jungle close by. Very nice! They also organised a safari for me. A bit expensive but it was okay. I appreciated their time to do this for me. They also gave me a tuk tuk ride 'safari' which wasn't too great and a bit expensive as well. Wouldn't recommend this one. Didn't see anything exicting. Food was very nice! I enjoyed it a lot. Room was clean and exceptional. Nice warm water in the shower too. Clean bathroom. Overall lovely room.

Only complaint is no WiFi. I had to be stingy with my data. They said the WiFi wasn't working so I'm unsure if they have WiFi or not. Also if you come at night, be very careful. It's very dark in this area and there's quite vicious dogs just outside the resort. You need to walk down a dark path to get to this place. So I advise, come when it's light.

My experience with Tiger Claw in Ramnagar was beyond disappointing. Despite confirming my booking, they managed to turn what should have been a memorable birthday celebration into a frustrating ordeal. After traveling 125 kilometers to reach the resort, I received conflicting calls about room availability, only to be told at the last minute that all rooms were suddenly full due to a previous customer’s extension. The subsequent offer of an alternate accommodation at a higher cost felt like a slap in the face, leaving me disheartened and questioning the professionalism of the establishment. I strongly caution others to think twice before considering Tiger Claw for their stay, as my once-promising birthday getaway was marred by their careless and unprofessional approach.
