Staff was very competitive

Service was bit delayed and sometime unresponsive over calls had to go to reception to get the concerned resolved.

The property is located at a 5 mins distance from Dhela gate making the morning Jim Corbett safari comfortable. The property looks good with individual 6 cottages with a swimming pool and a private lawn. The food ordered here is delivered to room on time and tasted good. Lemon chicken was my favourite. Evening snacks are good too.

Where to start? The entrance to the property is narrow. You might even wonder if that was what you paid for. It was a monsoon season and hence frequent power cuts. So AC or Hot water will not be available 24/7. There was even blackout when generator got heated up. Wifi was not available throughout the 48 hours I stayed in there and they did not even attempt to resolve it. The bed uses a spring mattress and few of these springs have worn out giving you uneven bed and a sore back in the morning. They can offer you another room and you will not know what that room will offer. There is no change room next to the swimming pool. You will have to dip your feet in mid or use their brick stones to reach the pool from room. Despite all these troubles that I went through, the staff were not even a little flexible enough to provide for a rudimentary breakfast for free. Such money minded folks. Car parking is all wet and muddy. Handling luggages is a task. Your shoes will be wet or dirty the moment you step down of your car. There are better alternatives available in the same vicinity with a little premium. Suggest you to explore those alternatives as well.

Everything was good, only swimming changing room, no shower near swimming room.

All was very good...but ac was not working properly so we couldn't stay there next day...

First of all the Owner :- Mr. Harsh is a very helpful guy. Secondly:- All the staff members of TIGER CLAWS was amazing during my entire stay Like ROOM, LOCATION specially the FOOD (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). I am very grateful to stay in this property and I will visit again in "THE TIGER CLAW". very very thankyou so much Mr. Harsh and Mayank (Attendant). sorry i didn't give them any tip because i am out of cash but next time when i visit this resort i will definitely do

Only the Pool Facility, but wait it was not bad as we accept because they arrange us another pool for fun. and specially thanks to Mr. Mayank and Deepak singh rawat that sweet guy, they are very very corporative and helpful person on that resort.

Everything. specialy dinner was delicious veg & non veg both food are extremely tasty, staff person are so polite n helpfull 😋😋😋😋😋

Breakfast... everything is in breakfast was horrible 😡😡😡
