"Nice old hotel with room for improvement"

A nice but old hotel at the lake. The view is brillant and it is very close to the Museum. The dinner and breakfast (Sri Lankan style)was excellent.

The rooms need some renovations. Hotels that play in this class should not have stains on the carpet. A full moskito net sourrounding the bed was missing, just some decorative net elements around the bed without any function we experienced. A Hotel where the bar and serving of alkoholic drinks closes before dinner.....?! You are working against you own profit my dears ;-)

"An great experience and so calm"

The staff were amazing even made a surprise cake for my husband’s birthday they were so helpful and attentive without being intrusive Location was great Room and view amazing Lovely place to relax and chill out after two weeks backpacking

Absolutely perfect place, beautiful location, property well maintained, service was excellent, food good well looked after by Suresh. Had a restorative facial and foot massage. Absolutely no complaints . Will be back

Lovely place. Great location, very good service standards led by Suresh. The bedroom was lovely. The restaurant also very good including excellent breakfast!

"Ne correspond pas aux attentes"

La localisation parfaite pour visiter Polonnaruwa et le cadre magnifique. Le calme. Le petit déjeuner en extérieur (sur demande uniquement).

On ne s’y sent pas bien : l’hôtel n’est pas chaleureux, il n’y a pas d’endroits pour se détendre (pas de transat ni mobilier confortable pour profiter de l’extérieur). Le lieu manque de cachet: le mobilier et la décoration sont vraiment usés. L’hôtel loue des vélos mais ils sont en très mauvais état et peu de choix.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is very small, with few guests, which gives it a very intimate atmosphere. The sumptuous placement of the small pool makes you feel like swimming in a lake. The sights are close by, you can even visit them by bike. The staff is excellent, especially the staff at the reception Ishani and Suresh! Thank you so much!

"Il top a Polonnaruwa"

La struttura è molto bella e locata in una posizione mozzafiato, sul lago di Polonnaruwa. Staff di alto livello e sempre disponibile. Siamo anche stati fortunati ad avere un upgrade di stanza, ricevendo la Royal Suite. Colazione decisamente abbondante e buona. A pochi passi dal meraviglioso sito UNESCO di Polonnaruwa.

Piccola osservazione sul rapporto qualità/prezzo: penso che qui si possa migliorare.

Die Lage ist unübertroffen in Polonnaruwa. Der Service ist hervorragend. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer am Pool bietet keine Privatsphäre.
