"Needs more attention to detail."

Location was good, close to local shops and attractions. Room was a good size. Ample free parking.

Lift on-site was not working which made carrying cases to room awkward. Hotel carpet on stairs to the room frayed in places and looked untidy. Could not open bathroom window which slammed shut when lifted...a SAFETY ISSUE needing attention. Shower did not work in the morning & maintenance person could not fix issue. Luckily had bath which we could use. Hot buffet breakfast was underwhelming.
