INI like the place, its a private island. The room was quite big and spacious. Less people and very peaceful place.

Terrible service and management. Yacht schedule is infrequent. Excursions planned through hotel help desk also doesn't manage to get you in time for the yacht schedule. Horrible food. The worst in all my meals of Malaysia. We tried 3 breakfasts. 1 lunch and 1 dinner. Not 1 dish that I would say is worth trying again. Property and island has potential to be luxury that you'd be willing to pay even more for. But in current state, it is run like a below 5 star property.

AUIt’s a great location to get off a boat whilst you are getting work done. The rooms are very comfortable with great facilities. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The restaurant and room service is fabulous with a large variety of food to choose from and after 28 days we were not tired of eating the same menu. The ferry service and its crew are also very helpful when transiting to and from Langkawi. Highly recommend
Happy hour (3) it’s a trap! Had so many enjoyable afternoon/evenings at the pool/beach bar happy hour. Great bar staff, ask for the Lorenzo special margarita, but be warned, only one 🤪
NZThe place is beautiful and staffs very nice. The breakfast is delicious. Bed is big and confortable. The location is very peaceful.
The restaurant is a bit expensive for the food quality. The ceilings are a bit moldy.
