Location completely unbeatable, right next to breathtaking coastal path, with comfortable scenic walks to Scarborough and Filey. Buses stop frequently and bring you back from both, straight to caravan park (which is incidentally right next to a fantastic pub with a HUGE beer garden... hard to resist after a long day.) Caravan large, beautiful and clean. Cayton bay itself also gorgeous.

Nothing not to dislike. Superb value for money. May be inclined to take a few camping chairs if you like to sit outside.

The Location was brilliant 👏

We had no heating or hot water, when first arriving. It was eventually rectified after seeking assistance twice. We stripped the beds after our stay, to try and be helpful to the cleaner, there were stains on the beds and no protective cover on cushions. It took over a week to get my deposit back after asking several times. Information says you'll get it back withing 48 hours. I messaged via the Booking.com app to try and get my deposit returned. These were either ignored or not read. Due to the maintenance issues we had, Thankfully I had the owners personal number to badger the owner to return the deposit. Even then it took 3 messages.

It was warm , it kept us dry ,

It wasn’t clean when arrived , it smelt of dog , the windows were not able to be secure , handles broken for security cups dirty scissors in pot dirty , sink toothpaste init , 1 day water was turned off whn we had been out , cold water tap was actually warm and warm tap cold beds not made .
