Position Hot tub was very clean Crazy saloon bar onsite

Not cleaned correctly....found hairclips coats combs Cooker didn't work , no lock on bathroom window. Hairdryer is dangerous Outside area unkept Pillows were like concrete The smell outside was unbearable at times due to stagnate water I think depends how wind blew..

Great value for money and the location was excellent for visiting the coast

Big brother emailing every other day and taking pictures when I had 2 daughters with me. Not what you want. Dog friendly stay but if poo is not picked up instantly you get a email. Email telling me dogs can’t sleep in bed. I had his own bed and is a well behaved dog. Hot tub man constantly watching and reporting back. No toilet paper when arrived. Gaps in fence where dogs can’t get out Paving rocking around to hot tub Needs weeded Electrical cover missing of external electric unit Hole in plastic decking

Second time here and the lodge itself is fantastic. A little 5 min walk over the new bridge to the bar onsite. Great facilities in here for kids and the food is lovely. Hot tub is great also.

As mentioned this is the second time here and the main thing that lets it down, as silly as it may sound is the WiFi is awful. Phone signal is poor so can’t use that. Kids like to play online games and we like to watch a film on Netflix etc and WiFi is so poor nothing will play. Even the tv signal is poor. Lastly there are so many wasps as we are behind the bins meaning sitting on the deck/hot tub can be a nightmare, appreciate this is more down to site than the owners
