"Sri Lankan luxury jungle retreat"

Really beautiful setting in the jungle, rooms felt traditional but spacious and luxurious, with windows overlooking the vegetation. Big comfortable bed. We were so well looked after, food was delicious healthy Sri Lankan food, they even made us a pack up for our sunrise hike up sigriya and the evening herbal teas were delicious. Pool practically private as only two other guests there, and you could spot sunbirds from the pool. We took a walk around the lake in the evenings, lots of great bird life and views over paddy fields. This place was our favourite on our visit and felt like a real hidden gem. Dinner $15 with plenty of food and fresh fruit, we didn’t go outside the property to eat but I doubt limited options.

No alcohol available however this did not matter.

I enjoyed my stay so much and I would love to come back again! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!! ・Friendly and helpful staff ・The sound of the wild birds chirp ・Delicious vegan food ( I already miss their food) ・Authentic ayurveda treatment(The massage was the best in my life)

"It's a different experience. Road is bit bumpy closer to the hotel, be careful."

Place is very calm and quiet. Nature friendly. Food was tasty. Wi-fi is good. Room is spacious. Can have a boat ride which is next to the property.

Breakfast was OK, but could improve. There's no in house masseuse. They have to bring one from their other hotel when you confirm. Rates are in USD. same for all the nationalities. Foods are little bit overprice.

Serene and balmy location blended with natural textures of clay , wood and greenery. Loved the ambiance and staff was cheerful and welcoming.we will definitely visit again.I recommend this place to anyone who love to spend few days in wilderness with some good Ayurvedic treatments and soothing nature.

We have just finished a week's stay at the hotel with an Ayurvedic package. What I can say is that it was a great week with great treatments and the lovely staff surrounding us. The food was very good and the place where we stayed was clean and very quiet. I recommend this resort to everyone
