من النادر جدًا إني أكتب ريفيو طويل، لكن الناس دي تستحق كل كلمة. قضيت أنا والعائلة أسبوع كامل في Titanic Beach Resort، ومن أول دقيقة وصلنا فيها حسينا إننا مش مجرد نزلاء… حسينا إننا ضيوف أعزاء. الاستقبال كان أكثر من رائع، وأخص بالشكر ماريا وأحمد. من أول لحظة رحبوا بينا بطريقة محترمة جدًا، وحسسونا إننا مهمين بالنسبة لهم. ماريا فضلت متابعانا لحد آخر يوم، وأي طلب كنا بنطلبه كان بيتنفذ فورًا بابتسامة ومن غير أي تعقيد. الفندق كله على مستوى عالي جدًا من النظافة، والتنظيم، والجمال، والراحة. بجد حسينا إننا في إجازة بالمعنى الحقيقي، وكل تفاصيل المكان معمولة عشان تستمتع وتفصل عن أي ضغوط. طاقم المطاعم يستحق كل التقدير، خصوصًا عبد الله، وعلي، والشيف اللي كان واقف على المشاوي، ومدير المطعم. الناس دي كانت بتعاملنا وكأننا ضيوف عندهم في البيت، وليس مجرد عملاء في فندق. اهتمام، ذوق، واحترام في كل تعامل. أما أحمد في الـ Pool Bar… فده لوحده حكاية تانية. شخص بشوش، محترم، سريع، وبيعرف يخلي أي حد مبسوط. بجد واحد من الأسباب اللي تخلي أي نزيل يرجع الفندق مرة واتنين وعشرة. إحنا كل سنة تقريبًا بنسافر الغردقة، لكن دي كانت أول مرة نجرب Titanic Beach، وجت بالصدفة لأن معظم الفنادق على Booking كانت بتطلب الدفع أونلاين بالدولار، بينما Titanic Beach كان موفر الدفع عند الوصول للفندق، ودي كانت ميزة كبيرة جدًا وسهلت علينا قرار الحجز، وأثبتت إن الفندق بيفكر في راحة العميل حتى قبل ما يوصل. وبكل أمانة… أنا ندمت على فلوس صرفتها في فنادق كنت بروحها قبل كده، وبالأخص Sunrise Garden Beach Resort. وأنا بذكر الاسم عن قصد لأن المقارنة بالنسبة لي كانت واضحة جدًا. Titanic Beach بالنسبة لتجربتي كان أنظف، وأفضل في الخدمة، وأجمل في التعامل، وأرخص كمان. شكرًا لكل فرد اشتغل عشان يخلّي إجازتنا بالشكل ده. أنتم ما قدمتوش خدمة وبس… أنتم صنعتوا ذكريات جميلة هتفضل معانا. وأقدر أقول بكل ثقة إن دي مش آخر زيارة… وإن شاء الله راجعين تاني قريب جدًا

It is very rare for me to write such a long review, but the team at Titanic Beach Resort truly deserves every word. My family and I spent a wonderful week at the resort, and from the very first moment we arrived, we felt like honored guests rather than just hotel visitors. A very special thanks to Maria and Ahmed at the reception. Their warm welcome made an incredible first impression, and Maria continued to check on us throughout our entire stay. Every single request we had was handled immediately, with genuine kindness and professionalism. The entire resort is exceptionally clean, beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. We truly felt that we were on a real vacation, where every detail was designed to make guests feel comfortable and happy. The restaurant team also deserves huge appreciation, especially Abdallah, Ali, the chef at the grill station, and the restaurant manager. They treated us with such warmth and respect that we genuinely felt like valued guests in their own home, not just customers staying at a hotel. And then there is Ahmed at the Pool Bar. Honestly, he is one of the biggest reasons guests would want to come back. Always smiling, friendly, energetic, and genuinely happy to help, he made every visit to the pool bar enjoyable. Employees like him are a real asset to the resort. My family and I visit Hurghada every year, but this was our first stay at Titanic Beach Resort. We actually booked it by chance through Booking.com because almost every other hotel required online payment in US dollars, while Titanic Beach offered the convenience of paying at the hotel upon arrival. That flexibility made our decision much easier, and I believe it is one of the reasons the resort attracts new guests. To be completely honest, I regret every pound I spent at some of the hotels I stayed at before—especially Sunrise Garden Beach Resort.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Titanic Beach Resort! We have just had the most incredible holiday at Titanic Beach Resort and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. A very special thank you to Haidy at the front desk, who was beyond amazing. She was so welcoming, professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she truly made us feel valued and cared for. She is a real credit to the resort. The food was absolutely unbelievable, with such a fantastic variety every day. There was something for everyone, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep guests entertained day and night. There were always fun activities, great shows, and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The kids' club was fantastic and gave the children so much to do. The staff were caring, friendly, and made sure the kids had an amazing time every day. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. The pools were outstanding, clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both adults and children. The water park was a huge hit and provided endless fun for the whole family. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, the staff are friendly and hardworking, and the level of service is exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Thank you, Titanic Beach Resort, for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending this resort to all our family and friends!

بشكر جدا الحظ الي خلاني ازور المكان للمره الثانيه ، وأخص بالشكر الاستاذه ( ماريا ) استقبال وخدمه جعلتني أنا والاولاد نشعر اننا في بيتنا ، شكر خاص ليها والمدير احمد محمد علي لطفك وحقا اداره ورقي لم اري مثله كثيرا ، فهنيئا بالمكان به وبالاستاذه العظيمة ماريا

المكان تحفه والاستف كله متعاونين وبشوشين لاقصي درجة تعامل فوق الروعة من اول مستر عمار فالريسبشن اللي عملنا check in بدري عن معادنا واتعملنا upgrade للاوضة ورشحلي غرفة الفيو بتاعها تحفه وخدنا اساور VIP بلس انوا كان متابع معايا يوميا لو محتاج اي حاجه. وشيفات المطعم كلهم تعاملهم روعة والاكل جميل وكل حاجه منظمه جدا. والحفلات كانت جميلة . هرشحها لاي حد بقوه واكيد هاجي تاني ان شاء الله
