The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful.

There was a big problem with the keys to my accommodation and also the keys to the toilet, this was very frustrating. The doors to my accommodation were jammed and would not open at all, and the toilet was the same. Although the night warden was very helpful in sorting this out, the barrels of the lock mechanisms had been changed and the keys that I had just did work. Having to sort this out and not be able to go to the toilet after travelling non stop for 16 hours or get into my accommodation was very annoying. The keys should have been checked and ready and in full working order. More attention to detail needed please

Tried a breakfast, Fair not our best experience, no butter on the toast bread abit poor cheap thin sliced, I had 2 eggs on toast. Full monty breakfast the sausages and black pudding borderline overdone burnt.

Enjoyed the evening entertainment, just abit loud the could sort the volume as kids found it too much. And so did the staff they said to us its loud. The indoor pool was very cold you had to brace yourself getting in. A few degrees higher would have been more pleasurable. The showers stayed on for 6 secs before you had to press again I literally timed it if they had better pressure and a longer time people would be in and out slot quicker.

Beds in the pods are not made prior to visit -an unwanted extra chore kids after a 3 hour drive with whining kids. Overpriced food at the bar and questionable quality . Not a knock on the staff though.

Lovely surroundings, the pods are nice, the holiday site itself is very nice, not loads going on but its in good nick and well looked after.

Pods are not given a thorough clean, cob webs everywhere, had a previous persons water bottle shoved down the side of my bed. Just abit grotty but for the price i cant really complain too much.

I didn’t stay at the accommodation as it hadn’t been cleaned.

When we arrived the doorway was covered in cobwebs. Inside the cabin was covered in cobwebs huge dustballs was on the floor, resulting in an allergic reaction. There was huge bits faeces on the window. It was very unpleasant, despite trying to clean the pod ourselves there was still dust everywhere. The alternative pods were in a similar state and due to the allergic reaction we could not stay. Now the accomodation is not responding to my complaint and the refund cannot be processed due to their silence.
