The whole experience , the park was lovely very clean , liked the fishing lakes and club house

Swimming booking system poor. One swimming pool available . Weekend visitors,hard to book for access. Pool shuts at 5, Last park we visited,Pool was open till 8 pm. Beds uncomfortably.

Food was lovely. Club house a little expencive. Lovely walk around the lakes

Lovely location and excellent facilities. The caravan was in great condition and perfectly located. Such an amazing holiday park.

This is a tough one. First of all, I was happy that we booked just for 2 nights. I know we needed to do more research, but it would also be helpful to have more information for people who have never stayed in Camping Pods. This was our first attempt, and luckily, it lasted just two nights; we wouldn't have managed to stay longer. Let's start with fans! I believe the owners should be aware of how hot it gets during a heat wave. There is just one small window; we could not keep doors open all the time as we had three 3-year-olds, and there was no fresh air. Rediculously hot. Poor kid (with ASD) was so confused, was drinking madly, which caused him to be sick and scream up to 1 am! I believe ppl around weren't happy. If there were a sealing fan, this situation would be different. So to survive one more night, we needed to drive to town to buy a fan the next day. There was no option for hot water, and if there was, no one provided us with this information, so we had to settle for a basic pot noodle or something similar. The restaurant, as expected, was overpriced, and we were disappointed with the quality of food for that price. We didn't stay for the evening entertainment because the kids weren't allowed to dance on stage. Music started at 6 pm, but entertainment didn't begin until 8 pm. Meanwhile, kids were asked to keep their distance from the stage. We all know this is what all kids love. This is the first time we have come across a situation like this, and because our kid has ASD, we can't explain to him that it is not allowed, so we ended up once again with an autistic breakdown. Outside the playground was not exciting enough to keep the kids occupied, so we ended up constantly being out of range. It's sad because we wanted to relax and enjoy a day in nature, but we ended up spending most of the time in the car. So we ended up using the place to sleep there. Even sadder, we drove 4 hours to get there!

Compact but a fine base if that’s all you need. Grounds were well kept. Shower block needed more maintenance and regular cleaning.

Swimming pool booking system annoying and caused issues with planning our day. Fault with large pool meant only small one open and you have less than the hour as have to start getting out for next session. Shower block facilities for pods a big let down, very muddle puddles of water all over floors and never cleaned whilst we were there for several days- let the complex down
