I booked the room and went there and to my surprise it was located in an obscure place with no proper roads leading up to it. There was overgrown vegetation and cobwebs on the road. My taxi driver drove around thinking we might have missed the entry point. Finally, we have to book another hotel. I think their format is to charge the pre-booking fee and not actually run a proper homestay and they make money off the prebookings. They make sure that you pay partially even if you do not turn up. Please do not book this place by mistake.

The place is very peaceful, and well located, only 10 minutes by car from Old Goa. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Really enjoyed staying there !

The bed mattress is pretty hard
