Der Check‑in war sehr angenehm und professionell, und das gesamte Team war während unseres Aufenthalts durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Butler Sanford war besonders aufmerksam und hat sich stets hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Auch die Massagen im Spa waren ausgezeichnet – Daisy und Tete haben großartige Arbeit geleistet. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und weitläufig. Manchmal fast ein wenig zu weitläufig wenn man ein Zimmer weit hinten hat und zum Strand möchte - aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau... und es stehen Velos zur Verfügung wenn man mal nicht zu Fuss gehen oder einen Buggy rufen möchte. Es war alles makellos sauber. Das hausgemachte Kokoseis war hervorragend.

Der einzige Punkt, der uns enttäuscht hat, war das Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, aber die übrigen Mahlzeiten fehlten leider an Raffinesse und Liebe zum Detail. In anderen Hotels sowie in Restaurants außerhalb der Anlage haben wir deutlich besser gegessen. (Wir hatten unteranderem ein lokales Curry und verschiedene Salate)

The property itself is huge. Everything is beautifully manicured and a lot of effort is put in to maintaining the landscape. The service is next level. Everyone in the hotel is so willing to help and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. They can’t do enough for you. The beach is gorgeous and you can receive service to your sunbed which is a lovely touch. The food is incredible and you can request extras from the buffet such as naans and dosas. There are also some incredible beach shacks close to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely and can’t wait to return.

The surroundings are wonderful. The staff and bulter service are very helpful in all areas of their work. They are always pleased to see you and help you in any way. Food is plentiful and chefs explain what everything is so you can make the right choices regarding spicy and level of hotness. The Sunday brunch was excellent. Lots of activities every day to take part in if you wished.
