The St. Regis Goa Resort

Lovely properly with beautiful lagoons full of water lilies and birds just below our room. Excellent, helpful and respectful staff, especially the restaurant manager and chef in the main restaurant who went out of their way to help us with explanations and provided food that was not spicy. Huge buffets for breakfast and dinner.

We booked half board expecting that we would be allowed to upgrade to one of the à la carte restaurants against a charge, if we so chose. It was not to be. To eat at another restaurant we would have lost the half board we had already paid for. I have worked for a major German tour operator for over 30 years, stayed in a large number of hotels, and I don’t remember such an experience. The hotel is quite cut off and getting out to another restaurant is difficult. The beach is lovely but the sea was always rough due to the ocean swell and swimming is normally impossible. Huge choice of food but almost all Indian or Asian with very limited western dishes.

The infrastructure, the beach side bar and grill, the private beach, the spa, comfort of the bed and the lotus pond. It’s very peaceful

Excellent Location, beautiful property, amazing spread during buffet. All the staff members are very courteous. They provide a dedicated butler to you for any kind of assistance during the Stay. Special thanks to Mr. Rishin and Mr.Shubham for making my daughter's first holiday stay comfortable and memorable.

The only thing I didn't like during my stay was the resort charging extra money, in case you choose to do a small professional photoshoot for the family. Apart from the money that you pay to the photographer, the resort charges extra as well, which I feel is a bit unfair. The customer has already paid for the stay in the resort for several days, they shouldn't be charged extra to get some pictures clicked inside the resort.

From the moment we checked in, we knew this stay would be something special. Shavon, our personal butler, welcomed us with such warmth and immediately made us feel at home. She took the time to show us around the beautifully tranquil estate, and the personalised welcome in our room genuinely touched our hearts. Throughout our stay, her attentiveness tied everything together effortlessly — from dining reservations and spa treatments to laundry and even arranging a nanny. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A heartfelt thank you as well to Moon and Hasan, who took such consistent and thoughtful care of our room. The little touches, especially the towel animals left on the bed for our son, didn’t go unnoticed and meant so much to us as a family. We did encounter a small hiccup with the facilities, but Sabitry, the duty manager, handled it with such grace and professionalism. She resolved everything quickly and pleasantly, turning the situation around and making the rest of our stay even more enjoyable. It reminded me that all it really took was a respectful ask — and everything was handled beautifully. Thank you again, Sabitry. The F&B team were the true MVPs of our stay. Anuj — who I’ll now happily call a friend — made our experience genuinely unforgettable with his warmth and personality. Chef Ravinder and his incredible team (Aditya, Nilesh, Sonam, Aanya, and others I wish I could name individually) at Susegado and the beach delivered exceptional dishes time and time again. Dining while watching those breathtaking sunset views was something we’ll never forget. The team at Miri restaurant (Rijol, Vanshita, Daiveek, Taha, and many more) were equally fantastic — every interaction felt personal, warm, and sincere. To all of you who made such an impact on our stay: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We’ll be thinking of you when the post-holiday blues hit back home.
