Bardzo dobry hotel, pięknie położóny nad wydzieloną, prywatną plażą. Zapewnione bezpieczenstwo. Piekna zielen wokól domków. Dobre jedzenie w restauracjach. Personel wyjątkowo nakierowany na gosci. Plaza o szeokości ponad 100 m. Idealna na spacery. Mysle, ze jeden z najlepszcyh hoteli w okolicy Goa. Polecam.

Очень большое разочарование для такого класса отеля!!! Первое хотя заселение с 3х часов нам сообщили что номер основной не готов так как гости решили задержаться!!! Конечно варианты завтрака хорошие но обслуживание при заказе строит из себя дурочка как будто они не понимают хотя пришлось заказ давать 5 раз!!! Рум сервис так же!!! Не советую заказывать просто по звонку так как принесут то что они хотят а не то что вы заказали!!! При запросе дать свободные номера для ожидания хотя мы заказали 2 виллы и 3 номера хотя бы на 2 часа ожидания трансфера номер так как есть дети был просто игнор и отказ хотя мы ждали заселение так как другие вы ожидании рейса не сдали номер просто попросили выселится!!! Просили трансфер и по бронированию было положенно пол часа тянули и пытались взять экстра оплату!!! В кратце ожидание от уровня отеля не оправдывает ожидание!!! Может другим повезет но у нас впечатление что просто к гостям относятся как просто посетителю хотя уровень отеля обещал иное!!!

Excellent pool, beach area, food quality, overall facilities very good

BUT staff certainly not 5 star - often lacking knowledge, language and general capabilities, specifically in Oliveta, the Italian restaurant, where management were poor also. No leadership. However chef was really good and came to speak with us.

"Amazing upscale resort in south Goa."

We were traveling as a family of three. The St Regis in Goa was an exquisite holiday experience. The New Year’s party was extravagant with food, Our favorite part was the breakfast spread. Numerous south Indian, marathi, Gujarathi, Goanese, Punjabi, Continental and North Indian dishes were available and the preparation was excellent. The staff were eager to serve and well trained. The room was nicely appointed and we also had dinner and lunch on the premises several times. Though it is far away from the central and North Goa party scene, it was a perfect resort for a family vacation. We would highly recommend it for a family trip or romantic retreat.
