Great place directly on the beach and immersed in the future with considered butler service. The breakfast is pretty impressive.

The building and facilities would need a massive revamp. The rooms are nice but not in the shape of an updated 5 stars hotel. The restaurants aren’t the best expect for the one on the beach, but it’s slightly overpriced for the general quality.

Great stay and overall experience at a really beautiful property for our family. Very courteous, proactive staff across the board who provide a personalized, thoughtful service to guests. Italian restaurant serves up some great food, great continental food at Miri, pastry chef at Miri is amongst the best we've come across ever, Asian food at Riverside was pretty amazing too. Special call out to Aanya at Susegado who really took great care of us over 2 meals, especially bonded well with our 4.5 year old daughter. Overall very high quality experience, at a property with great beach access, really nice pool, kids play area and Spa.

Only 2 areas of improvement: 1. Indian cuisine (North & South Indian alike) needs investment into some good chefs - the food currently being served nearly feels like sub-par Indian food in overseas cities. Needs clear authenticity upgrade for Indian cuisine by few notches. 2. No coffee maker / espresso machine in rooms is a real bummer. Sleepy Owl is amongst the most horrible tasting options to keep at a St Regis brand. Would suggest an upgrade at least to better pour overs like Blue Tokai.

Heaven ! The stay was absolutely comfortable

The staff Aninha in Susegao did not know the menu well. Although she was warm and friendly . She was clueless to guide us with the starters and the main course. She could not explain portion size as well. So it would be nice to have better clarity of portion in Susegado and servers who know what will be on a plate.

The location is superb. One a huge, gorgeous and clean beach. And quiet. The grounds and the pool were also nice

The rooms were dated and quite dingy and need an upgrade. The toilet facilities by the pool were worse than you would find at a beach shack. The breakfast area is huge, busy and dark. We weee sat in a windowless back room to have a breakfast on the first day. Barely any outside area to have breakfast. Felt like being in a canteen not a 5star hotel. The food was average. We had just come from the Marriot in Vagator which was half the price but far superior in every single way.
