A bit far to reach as lakshman jhula is closed and this is on the other side of the bank.
DEThis place is actually a beautiful ashram which does not come accross from the photos, there are so many little extras like a beautiful library, massive yoga room and fantastic stairs right down to the Ganges where there is a very clean and quiet Ghat where one can hang out and relax, lots of cute cafes nearby too. We and our 7-year old really loved our stay here and even extended by one night, the staff were incredibly helpful, we were served three basic but beautiful meals a day plus Chai in the afternoon, fresh water was readily available and every request was tended to quickly. The rooms are also quite basic, do not expect a fancy hotel but still I think they made a great effort that guests are comfortable.
It would have been great to take part in some yoga or meditation classes and our room could have been cleaned a bit better, especially the washroom and balcony.

When we arrived sheets had not been changed and dirty with hairs in bed, no hot water. Moved us to large room but very dirty, could do with a good clean, would not recommend this hotel which is a shame as potential is fantastic. Need a lesson in cleaning , breakfast poor, small bowel of rice and small bowel of pasta We stayed in home stays over 2 weeks touring and the other were fine, this was the worse.
AUWe loved our stay here. Our room was very comfortable and very spacious for the 3 of us. The staff were all lovely, especially Aman, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This property is located in the most perfect position. It is right on the Ganga, and in the middle of shopping and restaurants. It is perfect. We were there for Holi and wouldn’t have chosen to be anywhere else.
