The Otesaga Resort Hotel

Other hotels should take note on how to run and staff their properties from the Otesaga Hotel. This hotel is old, magnificent and very clean. To keep up a property as old and grandeur as this, they must have a highly qualified staff. Speaking of the staff, you won’t find nicer and more accommodating employees than here. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered help. As far as the rooms go, I found the beds, linens and pillows very comfortable. Although we only stayed one night here, it sure does look like this property has a lot to offer. Keep up the great work Otesaga. You are a rare bread of hotel and I’m sure people notice the greatness of your property.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, and Otesaga is one of the best! Not only is it a luxurious facility but the service and food extraordinary. Additionally my wife left her pillow and their security and housekeeper went out of their way to return it to her! I highly recommend this resort if you are going to Cooperstown!! M Swift

Spectacular location and views from the lobby. Beautiful grounds and building. Very pleasant rooms. Great staff.

No sound-proofing. There was noise in the hallway that disturbed sleep. View of a parking lot.

The resort was a beautiful property. Since we arrived on Sunday the restaurant was not open which disappointed me but the breakfast buffet was very good.

All the recreational facilities were great. We could not believe there were no charging stations for cars. That is a real problem.
