Comfortable rooms; original feel and decor, the view, attention to detail-thought of a lot of things, server was excellent knew the brewery area and helped me understand what I was drinking Felt very personalized, loved the turn down Kyle the doorman was great, the lady who checked us in was very nice

The hotel was well maintained, the staff was nice and the spa was excellent. There was a fire in the lobby that was great to sit next to with a drink in hand. Would highly recommend to couples for a night or weekend away. We had an issue with the thermostat in the room and they made it right, great customer service!

Almost perfect. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Ideal location. Nice room. Great Staff. Nice Breakfast. Just need EV chargers for Electric Vehicles… I noticed a few EVs in the parking lot and the town seems to lack them. It’s time to offer this for your clientele.

Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately by a friendly staff. The lobby is comfortable, and the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many choices. There was something for everyone. The view of the lake was fantastic. We recommend this resort hotel to those traveling to Cooperstown.

You will not be disappointed! Staff was courteous and accommodating. The resort was very clean and inviting with the well placed couches and chairs in front of the fireplaces. The views of the lake were gorgeous even in the winter. Best of all was the restaurants and options for delicious choices.

My husband and I went to the Otesaga for our anniversary. If you are expecting a Mohonk experience, this isn't it, but it's also not as expensive. That said: The view from the hotel and from our room, even with a partial view and in winter was very pretty. The rooms are large, very clean, and comfortable. The location, even in winter, was perfect for hiking, shopping, the museums and the breweries. The staff were kind and helpful, though we did have to carry our own luggage to our room and ask for the gas fire places to be lit. The hotel has the historic feel and charm you would hope for and overall it was a very good experience. I would absolutely go back.

Such a wonderful and historic resort. The room was lovely and the dinner fantastic. I wish I could have stayed longer! Walking distance to the Baseball Hall of fame. Situated on a wonderful lake. Old time feel with all the amenities you need.

This is a beautiful resort with exceptional service ! We enjoyed a finemeal overlooking the lake on the veranda before going to Glimmerglass opera. The pool is attractive and well staffed. We would gladly come again but would ask for another kind of room.
