You have some truly amazing members of your team especially George & Giavanni at the outside bar near the essentials shop. They made everyone's stay amazing and welcoming. These two really do need more praise and a pay rise!

The Sewage problem in the main reception and throughout the spa was awful. This needs to be sorted ASAP. It could be smelt on all 3 levels of the main building including in the restaurant when it was open. We were a wedding party of 43 whose wedding took place on 28th April 25 - the one with 8 different nationalities. I went to reception early hours of 30th April because I was attacked in my room by the guest that had came with me - not my friend but friend of the bride and groom. Security wanted to call the police to remove her and I explained the situation with that particular guest and agreed for me to depart the resort as soon as possible. The Night Porter was George who was amazing, kind and caring which I am very grateful for. However, before my departure I had asked George to make a note of my departure in the night porter log and for that information to be relayed to the morning and afternoon reception team so that the bride and groom would know that I had departed as I had to leave with low battery on my phone, travelling from Crete to UK. It has come to my attention that the bride and groom on several occasions came to reception to ask if I had left any messages. No one could give this information or knew about my departure at all. My room Number was 7006. This in turn ruined the remainder of the bride and grooms time at the resort and I was almost made a missing person! Considering that this resort is a TUI resort, I am absolutely shocked and disgusted that the safe guarding of guests are not logged and if they are, not relayed to the next working reception team. This is detrimental to such a big company such as TUI and I feel it has put the company in disribute. For a couple who spent over €12k at your resort for their wedding and bought with them 41 paying guests with them, it's utterly shameful! A lovely resort but poorly managed when it comes to safe guarding of guests.

We get a better view, so forever thankful for that. We liked that there were adults only areas.There is a huge variety of pools. The cocktails were delicious.

The food was average, and I expected a bit better options. Cleaners make a lot of noise in the corridors really early in the morning with their trolleys cleaning the floors.

Essen war in Ordnung aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich trotzdem aber ausreichend.

Wij hadden 3 kamers met zeezicht en groot balkon waar we met ons zessen konden zitten. De kamers zijn groot, de badkamers hebben een luxe uitstraling en zijn super schoon. Het eten was echt uitstekend, zowel het ontbijt, de lunch als het diner. Naast het buffet restaurant hebben we 3 keer a la carte gegeten. Mexicaans, Grieks en Italiaans, dit waren echte a la carte restaurants met andere gerechten dan in het buffet restaurant. Tot slot nog een compliment voor het personeel, hardwerkende, behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen. We hebben genoten.

Eigenlijk niets

L’hôtel est vraiment très bien et correspond aux attentes qui sont annoncées. Cependant j’ai eu deux problèmes durant mon séjour.

Alors écoutez je vais pas faire de bla-bla, mon fils s’est étouffé à midi avec une carotte ronde, il tombe dans les pommes, on me demande si je veux un médecin, je dis oui forcément mon fils vient de s’étouffer et est tombé dans les pommes le médecin de l’hôtel vient observe mon fils cinq minutes me propose de revoir quatre fois tous les cinq heures mon fils ayant mieux je refuse les trois autres rendez-vous. Pour un seul rendez-vous, écoutez-moi bien et accrochez-vous. Soyez bien assis dans votre siège, il me prend 300 €. !!! Le médecin de l’hôtel, soi-disant indépendant qui a une permanence à l’hôtel me prend pour cinq minutes de consultation, une prise de fièvre, même pas de prise de poux !!!! 180 € de déplacement et 120 € d’oxygène. J’ai envie de vous dire heureusement que j’ai pas été aux trois autres rendez-vous, je serai reparti avec une facture de + de 1000 € un charlatan qui a dit que mon fils avait de l’eau dans les poumons, alors qu’en arrivant à Paris, j’ai été consulté un médecin moins de 24 heures après son verdict et il n’y avait rien du tout même quand j’ai dit au médecin à Paris qu’il avait eu de l’oxygène il a aussez les yeux au ciel.!!! Donc le médecin de l’hôtel, oublié c’est une charlatan qui prend juste des euros !!! Avant tout ça un client passe une commande et d’habitude je passe ma commande sur mon téléphone sans souci pour mes clients. Petit problème, ma commande ne passe pas, je demande donc si l’hôtel dispose d’un ordinateur ou d’une tablette pour les clients ? … Réponse, non aucun ordinateur, aucune tablette pour les Clients, alors que l’hôtel regorge d’ordinateur et de tablette.. J’étais obligé de faire venir des amis dans mon bureau pour faire ma commande en leur disant ce qu’il fallait faire par téléphone. C’est vrai que d’avoir un ordinateur ou une tablette de disposition des clients, c’est un surcoût pour un hôtel de ce standing et de cette taille bien sûr, c’est ironique !

Nice apartment, nice environment, nice music and the workers re very welcoming, and the buffet is the best nice foods
