"We enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and big, there were lots of pools and we found the restaurants good quality, even the buffet was pretty good. We travelled with our 2 year old and it is definitely a great family hotel.

There is a policy that you cannot “reserve” sun loungers by throwing a towel on, but it is not enforced in the slightest and every one was doing it. It didn’t ruin our trip but I might think twice if going in school holidays. The wait staff at the main buffet restaurant seat you and immediately take your drink order, but good luck getting a second glass!

It was first time staying in Atlantica hotels and it won’t be last! Rooms are specious and comfortable, definitely worth upgrading for sea view room! Food was delicious and fantastic variety, staff super friendly and accommodating all your needs. Definitely 5 star hotel

Fantastic stay at Atlantica Caldera Palace! Super friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable and outstanding. Food was delicious, fantastic adults only pool, beautiful and spacious room with beautiful views over the hotel and sea.

Thai restaurant wasn’t the best.

"Lovely hotel - but so full of British, difficult to know you were in Greece"

Lovely rooms/ bathrooms , swimming pool areas - lots of adult only sections, reasonable food, tennis court ok. Lovely communal areas. Entertainment enjoyable - great selection of music.

Full of brits. Not a word of greek heard. Package holiday hotel. Tennis area could be better- especially after viewing Lysos sports centre.

השירות בחדרי אוכל היה נעים גם בבר כולם ממש נחמדים המבחר בכמות בריכות מעולה- הכמות מיטות שיזוף פחות- לא מספיק המסעדות היו טעימות

אני לא מגיבה בדרך כלל אבל הגענו לירח דבש החדר היה מקושט עם בלונים של חתן כלה וקיבלנו מגש פירות מהממים. היה ריח מוזר בחדר והתעלמתי בבוקר השני שכבר לא יכולתי לסבול את הריח שאפילו נדבק אלי הבנתי שישנתי על מיטה עם פיפי. התקשרנו לקבלה חיכינו שעה בחדר אמרו לנו שהמנהל יגיע לראות שאף אחד לא הגיע הלכנו לקבלה ביקשתי שיחליפו לנו חדר אמרו שיחליפו מזרן ואם יהיה אפשרות להחליף חדר יצרו איתי קשר ביקשתי גם שיכבסו לי את הפזמה עם הריח של פיפי ובוקר למחרת קיבלתי אותה אף אחד לא יצרו איתי קשר לגבי החלפה של חדר רק החליפו מזרן למזרן עם קפיצים נוראים. ביום האחרון הגענו לקבלה לשאלה ביקשנו ממני 18 יום על כיבוס הפזמה. אין עוגמת נפש כזאת התכוונתי איתם שאני ממש לא מתכוונת לשלם את זה אחרי חצי שעה עשו לי טובה ואמרו לי שזה על חשבונם. באמת תודה לנו אף אחד לא אמר- יש 4 מסעדות שכלולות במחיר 2 נוספות בעלות נוספת. הגענו ל6 ימים היה לנו אפשרות להרשם רק 3 פעמים למסעדות בשעה 11 בבוקר להרדם ליום למחרת במקום נגמר אם נכנסתם ב11:03 צריך לשים מס חדר ו3 אותיות של שם משפחה ראשון כי לנו לא הסבירו איך נרשמים הוויפי במלון נוראי כמעט ולא עבד תרכשו חבילת גלישה גדולה זה חופש כנראה שתגללו באינטרנט
