Sve je prelepo

Nema sta mi se ne dopada jer hotel je izvaredan sa sve uslugom i sa svim sto nudi. Sve pohvale za hotel

The room was clean and modern with a nice view of the sea and site from the balcony. The minibar was filled daily. The food and drink options were good in all of the restaurants and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. In short, we loved our stay. We loved the tex mex, steak and Italian restaurants. Overall we felt the food in the buffet was very good and the Greek BBQ was great fun. Its a lovely hotel and our first time in Crete. We would definitely go back to the hotel.

Our only complaint was we had used all our credits for the restaurants and on our daughters birthday (as it was at the end of our 10 day break) she wanted to go to the Italian again. We were prepared to pay but we weren't told prior it would be 50 Euros x 3 adults and 25 Euros for the child. For spag bol and pizza this was excessive per head and we should have been given a heads up and we would have eaten off site for half the price.

The overall experience was great, people were friendly, facilities are cleaned (they clean the room twice a day). A lot of tasty food, nice swimming pools and beach. Good programme for kids and juniors. Also, really enjoyed the quizzes in the evenings. Mexican restaurant was delicious.

While the animation team was super friendly and nice, having some other entertainment in the evening except for singing/ musicals would be nice. Since 95% of the guests are British, maybe that’s the kind of entertainment they prefer but for us it was a bit repetitive and boring in that sense. Other hotels on Crete had better evening programmes. Lastly, the Asian restaurant was not tasty at all.

E stato un soggiorno magnifico. Abbiamo pagato una camera famigliare e ci hanno dato una a due stanze separate con la piscina privata sul tetto! Il manggiare e buono. Le piscine hanno l'acqua salata, i ragazzi si sono divertiti nelle loro piscine. Grazie Atlantica Caldera Palace per aver fatto sentirsi coccolati e per la meravigliosa vacanza!

The location and staff where fabulous

The restaurant selection that was free was poor. The loungers on the beach where the worse as every other hotel etc where far more luxurious and comfortable. The mini bar was not filled daily we went 3 days without being filled and had to purchase bottled water from store.

Excellent place! Bigger than you think. Food was really good and plenty of variety. Room was very good and comfy. Loads of sunbeds so wasn't a problem getting one. Loads of sunbeds on the beach, beach was really good and had a life guard on all the time. Would come round and deliver drinks. Really good adults only pool and eating areas. Would definitely go here again!

No self service soft drinks, had to ask for them. Didn't refill our mini fridge twice. Not all the swim up rooms are equal, some have massive pools some have tiny.
