The pool

The service was extremely poor, the electricity kept tripping, and we ended up having to operate the switch ourselves because they took time to come and assist, as a result we bathed with cold water on both days. There was no itinerary for the offered activities. The house was very underwhelming. The shower drain didn't work properly, and one of the bath tubs had a huge stain. There were no knives, and we had to go ask for the knives from the reception. There was no guide to assist with the boat peddling.

The gardens were well kept neat and maintained well.

We booked 2 units. The one unit did not have hot water for most of our stay. Even though they claimed it was fixed it wasnt and only got properly fixed the night before we checked out. The accommodation was very average and basic. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Unfinished tilings on wall. Things from the tatch roof was falling on our heads while we were sleeping. Very uncomfortable. Didnt find it private at all. You just come out from your room and people are all over fishing infront of your room . Dont think I would return.

The location and external facilities are great. The kids had many activities to keep them busy.

The accommodation was in a terrible state. There was no hot water, the units were unmaintained and dirty, some ceiling areas had holes and one bedroom couldn’t be used as the birds nested right above it and the noise was unbearable.

clean accomodation, clean water (dam) in terms of vegitation. good fishing opportunity. nice and quiet, active cleaning while the guests are enjoying their stay.

need better maintenance of the accomodation, creaky door hinges (had to lubricate them as to not wake the sleeping child at night), creaky bed base (interupted sleep),kitchen utensils to be checked and replaced if broken, playground to be maintaned better, 1 trampoline stitching is coming loose not really safe for use. spiders in the boat, not safe for kids.
