The location is good and very peaceful The staff was very friendly and helpful

The aircon is very small and needs a bigger aircon, and the chalets need to be upgraded. The towels were old. They need cereal bowls and more dishcloths

The chalet was good and well maintained

the only good thing about this place was the staff.

Location, privacy, fishing

We specifically queried the quality of the WiFi, because we worked remotely on our mini-break. We were told the WiFi was strong with no connectivity issues. There was minimal connectivity. Kitchen was ill-equipped with a terrible smell that was impossible to get rid of. Web-site shows pictures with water level close to chalet, however, this was not the case. You need to update your web-site with accurate info.

The location where the resort was is good. Also activities which they have for kids. The staff was helpful changed pillows and also brought extra blankets.

The villa was dirty, bedding was not changed smelled like we were put in the villa just after other people left. The mats were dirty, the bin in the kitchen dirty. Bathrooms not cleaned. I wished that because of the cold front we would have been offered another villa to make the stay more convenient. The accommodation is not suitable for cold conditions.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Aubrey did his best to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The resort had sufficient space to accommodate us and other guests and there was enough to keep the children busy. We also had a picnic on the property which was really beautiful
