ATWir verbrachten 5 Tage bei Ginos Place, ein ganz spezieller Ort in mitten von Reisfeldern und etwas abgelegenen vom turbulenten Bukit Lawang (allerdings sehr gut erreichbar). Wir wurden von Dika und seiner Familie herzlichst empfangen und während des ganzen Aufenthaltes auch steht’s sehr gut umsorgt. Die Unterkunft in einem der Bungalows war so wie wir es erwartet haben, großes Schlafzimmer, großes Bad, AC und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Reisfelder die zum verweilen einlädt. Unser Jungle Tracking konnten wir auch vor Ort über Ginos Place buchen, alles problemlos und tip top organisiert. Wir wurden am Tag des Treckings von unserem Guide Jack und seinem assistierten Abi direkt bei der Unterkunft abgeholt. Die beiden machten einen wirklich unglaublich tollen Job, Jack erklärte uns alles und war höchst professionell. Bei der Tour mit Jack konnten wir erleben das er 100 % für den Erhalt der Natur und der Tiere steht, was für uns auch sehr wichtig ist. Große herzliches Danke an Jack und Abi von Bukit Lawang-Adventure und auch herzliches Dank an Dika und seiner Familie für die Gastfreundschaft bei Ginos Place

NLEigenlijk was alles tof; de ligging, het verblijf zelf, de goede service. We hadden daar ook de jungle trekking geregeld en de gis was echt top. Kwam zelfs ‘s avonds terug met z’n guitaar om te zingen.
Na 1 lange douche is de boiler leeg, oeps. Een klein lichtje bij t bed is wel gezellig.
ESPersonal muy amable. Comida económica y muy rica. Bungalow básico pero limpio. Ubicado en los campos de arroz, una zona tranquila de Bukit Lawang. Hicimos el tour para ver orangutanes con ellos y no pudimos tener mejor guía, se encargó de cuidar a nuestra hija y nos sentimos muy seguros. Es un lugar para repetir
No había jabón ni shampoo pero como llevábamos nosotros no fue un problema

CZNice and clean accomodation. Quite near to the bus station, placed in calm environment of rice fields away from the noise of motorbikes.
Sometimes short electricity issues, but instantly worked again.
MTThe place was in a quiet location, not far from Bukit Lawang village. Our room was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the food was good at a good price.
BEGBGood sized cabins. Great shower rooms. Comfy beds. The staff were great. The food was lovely. Gino arranged out jungle trekking and transport tomand from airport / Medan and this was greatly appreciated!.
Would have liked mosquito net (wasn't in our twin room, but is in the double rooms).
