Arachiwil Green Nature Resort

Hadris who works there was very nice. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent English. Gave me a vapouriser and there was a mosquito net. Shutters in room open to let in a breeze if you want. Plug and light switch next to bed which is not always the case here. Saw some cool birds by the lake in the morning and a brown mongoose. It's not the ritz but to be expected for the price . Single bed was a bit short for me (186cm).

It's a beautiful location on the edge of a coconut plantation and, with a small woodland lake, it's perfect for birdwatchers or a brief budget stopover. Old world bungalow with a lot of history. Helpful staff.

Very Spartan. Filthy, I'll equipped, kitchen which you're invited to make use of if you dare. Unkempt grounds which has now been taken over by a fish farm. Few creature comforts ... or teaspoons. This place could be so much improved with so little effort or cost.

This is not a "green nature resort". It is a relatively old hotel with a commercial tilapia farm pond behind it. My bed was OK. There were no towels. There were no bed linens. The bathroom had peeling paint and mold on the walls and ants in the cold water shower..There is no restaurant, and the kitchen which is for guest use is unusable because of lack of cleanliness. Do not stay here. There are much nicer rooms in the center of town

The guy who helped us was great, very nice. The place also had an old world charm which I liked. The chipmunks were awfully cute!

From what I gather there is only one employee and a night guard working there. The night guard had a lady friend(?) over or on the phone and talked all night while we were there next to our room. The employee really did do his best to keep everything clean but it was very dusty. Property could also do with some taking care. It was fine for that one night though.

Lovely quiet place close to the town. Staff were very friendly and helped us with everything. Bus stop is almost outside to take you to the town. The staff helped us with planning our onward journey. Rooms are basic, but nice. Air con and a fan. There is a kitchen area and seating all around the property to enjoy the evening.
