Arachiwil Green Nature Resort

Quiet location, friendly staff member who checked us in.

No aircon in our room, although we were offered a room with aircon, we had specifically requested 2 beds and aircon room only had one. The owner did bring us a fan but an unbearable hot night. Room was very basic, bathroom was not clean. A shame as a good locati

They dont have breakfast facilities.

When the sun goes down you see really big bats in the large tree in the garden. We enjoyed the surrounding of the old traditional house, option to play badminton, the beds with good musquito nets, airco in the rooms. You can ask the man present anything.

We had to ask for the right amount of towels, not so clean (do not put your cloth in the closet). You can use the fridge but further the kitchen is incompleet.

The nature all around was lovely and we saw so many varieties of animals.

Needs sprucing up. Lost items from fridge so be careful.

The room was spacious and at a very affordable price. The area around the room is so green, you can see a lot of chipmunks, beautiful birds and if you're lucky monkeys too. Ashfal organized for me the safari to Wilpattu National Park for a very good price. If I'll pass again from Puttalam I'll definitely stay again in this nice nature resort 😊

The host was so lovely and I had a very good sleep here. Would recommend!

The host is a very nice and friendly person very eager to help with any problems. He helped up book a safari trip and was very caring with varies other things. The room itself was spacious and had airconditioning.
