Such a well kept clean and peaceful park. Wonderful location too

Beautifully kept holiday park. Clean and comfortable accommodation and a quiet site. A nice play area and an outdoor pool. Close to a Tesco and McDonalds, should you need them. Locally, Gypsy Park Wood is amazing for little ones and great value. Caernarvon itself is a great day out!

Modern clean lodges and well equipped. Park was immaculately presented . Great location for access to Snowdonia.

A couple of the window blinds were broken upon arrival and one couldn't be closed.

Tv signal wasn’t good

Booked for 3 adults , 1 child and 1 chihuahua. Have had nothing but hassle about the dog. Demanding a surcharge after our holiday. If I hadn't have been honest they wouldn't have known. It's spoilt a lovely holiday.

It's too expensive

The location is good. Close to the nature.

The electric vehicle chargers are not working (!) It was a crucial factor for me when I chose this accomodation to have a working EV charger. Before I have made the booking I have requested written and over the phone confirmation of status and business of the chargers. The accomodation assured me the chargers are in fully working order and not busy at all. This is far from the truth. When I have arrived their chargers refused to charge my vehicle on all sockets (!)... 2021 Tesla Model X. After 20 minutes of struggling the male receptionist started the charge manually from the office. On the second day same issue. I asked help from the reception again, but the female receptionist was much less co-operative she made me jojo-ing between my unit, the reception and the EV charger. Her main concern was to get the money for the previous manually started charge (days before the check out (!)). She made me feel like I would leave without payment... After the payment she was much less enthusiastic and it turned out she is not even trained to start the manual charge, thus she asked help over the phone. From this point she was saying things like the issue is probably with my charging cable or my vehicle and that her colleague colleage is reluctant to give a green light to the manual start... 🤯 I never had issue before, my vehicle charges everywhere except in Coed Helen Holiday Park. After minutes of trying to convince her to start the manual start, she (seemingly) started to be cooperative, she said she tried it from the office but it didn't work. Well I am not even sure she tried at all... This is not the level customer service I would expect in a so called "luxury holiday park". In summary they have caused me a lot of extra headache and extra cost on my holiday by finding chargers in North Wales, which area is notoriously under represented with EV chargers.
