Coed Helen Holiday Park

Beautiful mobile home very clean and comfortable..The restaurant served very pricey but delicious food . The pool was wonderful and the park itself was inviting and peaceful. The bar and playground area was immaculate and a really lovely place to enjoy a drink and relax.

The food in the restaurant was quite expensive..the chicken burger was served on its own no fries or sides. The pool closes very early 4.45 each evening. The walkway to the town was difficult with brambles and briars. I witnessed a gentleman walking with his own secetairs!

Very clean and well maintained.

We liked everything about the property

Self check in was easy, key locked away at pod you access it with a code, simple. Pod was great, spacious, and clean. So very peaceful and quiet Fantastic location to get to caernarfon if the bridge was open ( it was closed for maintenance). We used the swimming pool, which is heated Views from the pod were amazing Would definitely recommend 👌

We would have used the games room for table tennis, but it was too small inside to play properly Would have liked some contact with reception/staff, but because of self check in, you do need to speak to anyone

Brilliant location, this part of Wales is lovely and there are many places to visit. the site itself was beautiful.

We stayed here in may 2022 in a glampingpod and had an amazing time, we revised recently, and the glamping pod was really tired and not very clean compared to our last visit, the cutlery was dirty, there was a strong smell of sick/off milk all the time we were there, frozen fish left in the freezer. the floors were dusty the bedding given was old and smelt as such, the sette covers and pillows were grubby and could do with a clean, the door to the pod when closed and locked left a gap easy enough for children to fit there fingers into.. It's a real same as our first visit was amazing and the kids couldn't wait to return.

The surroundings were clean and beautiful kept. Great location for walking into town Perfect for children Nice comfortable beds and good kitchen/dining and sitting area. Mollies restraunt had great food and atmosphere, but was not open for much of the time ,

Ants in the kitchen , which I realise is not an easy solve in as much as there was ant powder around the inside edges of the windows , but that didn't really help.even the smallest of crumb left out would have them on the work top etc. There is nowhere to hang wet towels. In the bathroom or outside. Would have been useful to have hooks behind doors and a shelf in the bathroom

The location was perfect,close to Caernarvon and very picturesque , also the swimming pool was an added bonus

There was a lovely restaurant/bar on site but the menu was limited
