The toilet door handle was not working properly which something we used to get stuck

couchage en mezzanine non adapté pour des personnes de 75 ans et plus. Pas de hauteur de plafond, Accès au couchage peinible.

Nice new caravan with good facilities and supply of basics tea etc. pleasant walk into town (we found a shortcut through the woods)

The restaurant was ok but understaffed although the staff there were lovely. The food was ok but not exceptional.

We had a lovely stay at Coed Helen Holiday Park in Folly Lodge. We arrived approximately 5pm. Code to park gate & code for key box to lodge were provided beforehand and we had no issues with access. Checked hot water as instructed on arrival. Lodge was nice and tidy. Lodge was clean. Communal living space was nice. Park was very quiet for most of the week. Communication via booking.com was excellent and we had no issues to report during our stay. Caernarfon is a short walk away - we used the footpath close to the lodge with no issues.

We booked for 6 people but had to pull out and make the 6th bed (trundle bed) on arrival (there were pillows/sheets/duvets in the cupboard) which included moving bed side table/lamps. It was very noisy on Thursday night until very late into the evening (children screaming and running around the lodges) - this may be as there is no children’s play area on site (although there is one nearby).

Dit caravan park is erg netjes: alles keurig verzorgd. Wij hadden een stacaravan gehuurd, heel netjes en ruim. Als je een camping verwacht: dat is het helaas niet. Is een caravan park.

Helaas biedt het park weinig activiteiten voor gezinnen: het zwembad is vroeg dicht, de gameroom is helaas ook vroeg dicht en ook het restaurant is niet dagelijks Open. Het is een prachtig park maar doelgroep is wel senioren. Ook is 95% van de caravans eigendom dus weinig verhuur. En weinig vermaak met andere kinderen.

Very clean accommodation. Good layout for privacy. Lovely wood walk to the local town with amazing castle and great location as a base. Great pool.

Games room very small. Pool hours between 11 and 4.30 for kids, which doesnt suit if sightseeing during the day. Poor wifi.

The staff at the reception was very kind. I appreciated the location, the parking, the swimming pool and the equipment

Small for 3 adults.

A wonderful and quiet place to rest, relax and enjoy the points of interest around.

Maybe few cleaning supplies (broom) would be a bonus
