Coed Helen Holiday Park

Very clean caravan and site was very well maintained.

The lodge we stayed in was more than we expected, modern, clean home from home, definitely stay here again, we would like to say a big thank you to the team who look after the whole site, i've never seen a team work so hard to maintain the site, so polite.

The decking is hard to keep clean from the tree's above and the bird poop. It's part of the experience, in a beautiful surroundings.

Excellent location, lovely accommodation - perfect for what we needed

There was a funny smell in the ensuite shower room which wouldn't go away, even with window left opened. There was an air freshener spray available. We didn't use this shower, so wasn't really an issue for us as we used the second shower room instead, as it was much bigger.

We stayed in one of the caravans to meet up with family who have a caravan on the site. It was very easy to book and the staff were very helpful with special requests. There were two of us in a max 6 berth caravan and the double bed was set up in the upper level. This had a really low ceiling and you couldn't sit up straight. We would have preferred to be downstairs. Would definitely stay again and loved the site and the location. The caravan had all the facilities we needed. Thank you.

The location was beautiful and the glamping pod was lovely albeit very small

The mezzanine has an extremely low ceiling and anyone over 5ft 3in tall will not be able to sit upright on the bed. There were lots of cobwebs on the ceiling

Excellent site and facilities view spectacular, site manager a lovely man, excellent swimming pool and mollys restaurant an absolute must

Table still not working as per last visit so could not use to eat at, shame but forgivable due to bench outside

The location was perfect.. super easy to find. Wales roads can be challenging to navigate as a right side of the road driver and getting here was so easy!..also so close to Caernarfon castle and city (9 minute walk). Sunsets over the strait are beautiful. The park is well kept and staff are very helpful and friendly and quick to fix issues when they are on site..

The stove is gas rather than electric and seemed aged so I was not comfortable cooking. The on site restaurant was closed most days. So after a six hour journey I was hungry and had to then run to Tesco down the road to get food that didn't require the gas stove. WiFi signal was bad. Staff are only onsite 9-5.. I arrived at 515 and found that there was no hot water so shower was very cold as i had to wait until 9am to have it turned on.

S pod we stayed in was perfect

Restaurant/bar was closed, opened on our last day. (Found this strange as was Easter holidays) Games room and pool closed at 5pm.
