We had a wonderful 1N stay at Tea and Experience Factory. From pre-arrival to check-in everything was seamless. The rooms are super unique and spacious. The staff truly reflected warm hospitality throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dumidu from Front Office, the F&B staff, and the naturalist who all went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Overall, I had a great experience with the Tea and Experience Mandaramnuwara. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, and clean.

We have stayed at the Tea and Experience Factory twice now, each time for one night, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to return to. The setting is absolutely beautiful. Located about 1,400 meters above sea level, the climate is ideal—not too cold and not too warm. The surroundings are perfect for peaceful walks, fresh air, and simply relaxing in nature. What makes this place truly stand out is the people. The staff treat you like family—always humble, caring, and attentive. Every request we made was handled with a smile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We especially remember Vinoth, Milindu, and the senior naturalist, Lakshan. Their passion and dedication are remarkable and hard to find in most hotels. The meals were another highlight. Each dish was delicious and matched our expectations perfectly, sometimes even exceeding them with thoughtful touches. Overall, the Tea and Experience Factory offers more than just a stay—it delivers an unforgettable experience of genuine hospitality, comfort, and nature. We look forward to visiting again.

Location, Staff, food and facilities are quite good. Staff were friendly and always there to help. Nice surroundings with calm and quiet atmosphere.

A Beautiful surrounding and a quiet environment.The tea factory experience was nice, service was good and the food was delicious . Amazing views and a huge space to roam around. The only downside was that the condition of the access road was very bad.
