La vue sur les rizières lorsqu'il n'y avait pas de brouillard était magnifique, le déjeuner compris était excellent et il y avait du choix, le personnel était sympathique et serviable. La chambre était confortable et propre à l'exception de la salle de bain qui ne l'était pas du tout selon mes exigences. La piscine inifinie était super!

Il y a avait beaucoup d'escaliers à monter ou descendre. Le pire pour moi a été les insectes de tout genre, en particulier les fourmis dans un joint de coin des murs de la douche, il y en avait une tonne. La douche n'était pas assez propre pour mes standards. Le rideau d'intimité entre la salle de bain et la chambre était terriblement dégoûtant. Mais le reste de la chambre était propre.

The location is great - a little outside of town. The staff make every effort to help you. The pool area is nice and warm! Breakfast is also a good variety!

Sapa clearly receives a lot of tourists so the room was pricier than most for similar quality in Vietnam. In addition, there were some aspects of the room that could’ve been better maintained

Beautiful place. Very nice helpful staff. Fantastic morning phô. The view wasn't as the photos suggest, but you can't choose weather. It was quite misty and foggy so the visibility wasn't great.

Lot of construction work going on at and around the property.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this resort in Sa Pa. The views were beautiful and created a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The restaurant was very good, with quality food and a pleasant setting. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Some parts of the resort are still under construction, but this did not significantly affect our experience. There is no on-site spa, though massage services are available in the room. The staff were excellent ~ friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Overall, a relaxing stay in a scenic location.
