"Very good"

Location is serene & mesmerising along the Periyar river. Staff is courteous and personalised care is taken. Overall excellent for all who are looking for quiet stay with bit of history, culture and country side life of Kerala.

The food is expensive and taste above average. The prices of other services is also on the higher side.

"Heaven on Earth- exceptional property and brilliant staff"

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The staff are superb, the place is so well managed and maintained. The food and service were both excellent- special thanks to Jeevan. I also recommend having a massage in their spa - thank you Vinny. I highly recommend this place its exceptional.

Beautiful location, rooms facing the riverfront, fantastic facilities, amazing staff who went above and beyond, wonderful & talented masseuse, authentic food. Was a wonderful relaxing stay that accommodated all of our needs!

The only thing is that I stayed in a room with a spa tub and there was not enough hot water to fill the tub. However, they offered to heat water in the kitchen for me to use. Once I realized the water still wasn’t hot, I just decided to bath in the lukewarm water.

"Far exceeded expectations in every way"

Stunning place to completely relax. Great room - get an upstairs room with balcony. Superb shower. Fabulous pool. Tremendous food. Great riverside location with lots of comfy chairs and hammocks. Charming and very helpful staff. Historical sites within a decent bike ride. Take your own wine!

There literally was nothing not to like.

"The perfect stay"

Cranganor is a beautiful place. Not too big and perfectly located for a peaceful relaxing stay. The staff are all excellent and the happy atmosphere is displayed by all especially Amal, Ajay, Akhil and Nilehil. With excellent food and activities there is no reason to venture too far, but a walk down to the local village is definitely worth it.

We liked everything ♥️

All the staff are helpful and kind. The place is well cared for and truly beautiful

The menu is a bit limited what they serve is good it becomes a bit repetitive after 8 nights though
