Quaint and rustic camping-like spot with a lovely view over the lake.

We felt like some of the amenities could have been a bit better quality. The bed linen was low-quality and a bit scratchy, and the pillows were lumpy. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the hand towel looked really worse for wear. There was also nothing to use to sit by the firepit area - camp chairs or cushions etc. We are outdoorsy people and love to camp but we expected a little bit better. There was also no electricity for a good portion of our stay and it would have been nice if the owner/manager of the property walked down to tell us what was going on. Also would recommend a larger vehicle with good ground clearance to get up the dirt and forest road!
