The location was good very handy to the beach

Blinds or net curtains to the bay window would have made our stay more relaxed we felt uncomfortable and on show.

Ideal position close to amenities. Clean and tidy. Beach on doorstep.

Lovely clean caravan located perfectly for the beach and for breakers. Everything was perfect once again, the owners are really friendly accommodating and extremely quick to respond to queries. My husband and sister , and I and our 3 small doggies had a fab week with you again

Clean, good location, not far from the theme park or other facilities, on site bar and restaurant.

The position was good with easy access to the club. There was a narrow alleyway access to the beach over the dunes. The fenced garden was what we needed for the dog, and the caravan was clean.

The lounge seating was hard and uncomfortable. The double bed mattress sagged in the middle and rattled as there was an old rusty chain on it. The single beds were very narrow more suitable for children than adults and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a quilt for extra padding. The pull-out bed was not fixed to the floor and after trying to get it out we struggled to get it back under the seating. One of the cooker knobs was broken. The garden was unkept, could do with weeding, and there were brambles I had to cut off. The garden table and chairs were old, faded and one chair had a hole in the seat. We are an older couple in our sixties and like our comforts. This caravan was not very well looked after and needs updating. Expensive for what it was.
