Just very basic and old needs a refurbishment garden area needs attention and new furniture chairs had to be wiped down before sitting on

How old and dated it was

Route to the beach…fact there was a garden though very very unkept and not an Environment you would want to sit in.. but I could let my dog out in it though with long hair she got full of bits. Did get my deposit back fairly quickly..

Scruffy..heating and water didn’t work. Owner didn’t explain things properly and didn’t give me the key code until she knew I had paid the extra £5 on top of the £10 I thought it was for the 2 nights..I waited in scorching sun outside with my dog for hours and I just cried and cried..I wasn’t trying to do anyone .. just an old woman with her dog ( who was overheating in garden and no water or shade…couldn’t leave her in heat of car…)..Tried to fix heating myself but didn’t want to give her any course for taking my deposit..when I did finally say then an engineer or whatever came quickly and fixed it saying was the pilot light but not easy to do and also as I guessed it was virtually out of gas.. The certificate next to boiler was totally out of date..2022.. told lady and she said she had the new one and could get someone to bring it round!

Comfortable Close to the beach

Very comfortable and cosy also very clean close to the beach and lots of entertainment in walking distance, excellent communication with the owner very quick to respond to messages

Garden great for the dog. Clean. Easy to find. 5 minute walk to beach and bars. They offer a 1 night stay on Booking.com. Dog friendly

We booked the day before for 1 night only and they were very sticky about the £100 damage deposit otherwise we couldn't stay. I was at work so was difficult to organise and my bank would not recognise their account so it was awkward. It took us 5-6 days before we got our deposit back and can take up to 14 days yet when they were wanting the deposit it had to be immediate. It doesn't have a beach view but is near beach. The mobile homes are quite on top of each other. I thought it was expensive for what it is plus dog fee £15.00 per night.

No freezer only fridge. Need new garden furniture.

The area and the outside space

Location was close to everything

First impressions were not good as the van was dirty and looked scruffy from the outside. Van / Decor and overall appearance was very dated and could do with redecorating. The van needs some TLC and a deep clean - bathroom blind was filthy Seating was covered ( might be because we were bringing a pet- although we brought our own as you do) but cushions were sunken and well worn. All in all very disappointing

Great location right next to the beach Peaceful / relaxing Comfortable - 2nd booking and will be back for sure.
