Position of static home is excellent, mostly(see next item) clean & comfortable.

There are stains on the carpet, the 2nd bedroom light did not work nor did the toilet extractor. There were no instruction on how to turn on the gas fire, the frying pan is bent out of shape and the kitchen sink tap is not secure to its mounting. Garden is unkempt & the gate hinges need replacement as they are rusty. Garden furniture needs attention.

"We only stayed 1 night as our dog wouldn't settle due to the noise,the caravan wasn't very comfortab"

The caravan was located on a main walk way for people so was quite busy. The caravan was very clean however is quite old and the seats in the sitting area are very uncomfortable.
