Perfect for a family vacation. The place is surrounded by hills, creating a breathtaking view! Lots of fun with the water slides, amazing food and breakfast to die for!

Not much to say honestly!

The service was outstanding. The facilities were great too. A lot of variety when it came to pools, places to sit, eat, relax. Overall a very memorable experience. Despite being embedded on a steep mountain, with our room right at the top, this didnt bother us with the frequent train service to and from. Well done staff and thank you.

Umbrellas. There was a lack of umbrellas in general. Most of the loungers by the pools had one umbrella to share between two, but several loungers did not have any umbrellas at all. This is imperative when it is 30+ degrees heat outside and no shade. Also, there is a very large outdoor sitting area (tables, chairs and couches) but zero umbrellas... And therefore noone is utlising this space which is a waste and a shame as it could be very nice. It is a huge empty unused space simply because there is no shade at all. I strongly suggest you invest in buying another 50 umbrellas for the resort. It is needed. Final negative point, something needs to be done about people throwing their towels on a lounger and "claiming" it for the entire day. I met so many newcomers who were walking around desparate to find a lounger but all were taken. Either you need to provide more loungers or you need to develop a system to limit people putting a towel down and claiming the lounger for the entire day.

The Holiday was very much enjoyed by the entire family. The room was a little small, it was very clean & functional, would look to book a larger room when returning.

There did not seem to be enough pool side beds, even if you went down to place towels at 07.30am.

Perfect location and a great place for families. Good facilities, amazing beach, pools and water park. The staff are friendly and know your choice after a few days, even though there are a lot of guests. The theme restaurants are amazing, absolutely worth the try.

There are not enough sunbeds, and although it is promised that the staff would remove the unused towels (which are only reserving sunbeds), they didn't. The food in the main restaurant is good but far not extraordinary (which I would have expected at five stars), but at least the variety is huge.

a) the bugs - big, black, many in the evening, I couldn't stay on the terrace late evening b) the smell when the garbage truck was coming to take the hotel garbage

Our room was old and not clean. It is a bit outdated and definitely needs some work. No blackout curtains. It didnt feel 5*
