Animation and Kids Club: The animation team was composed of nice individuals, but they lacked the maturity and professionalism you’d expect from a luxury resort. The entertainment felt more suited to a kindergarten than a high-end hotel. As for the Kids Club, it was a letdown. The activities were limited to coloring and watching movies, with no indoor playground or engaging programs. Additionally, the language barrier was an issue with some animators, who struggled with English and didn't effectively supervise the children. Given that the club is located near the beach, the lack of secure supervision made us uncomfortable with leaving our child there. Food and Drink: The food was generally good, but there was a noticeable gap between lunch and dinner with limited options available, which can be a problem for kids who are often hungry after swimming. The drink selection was also quite limited, with only four cocktails, beer, and wine available during the day. Don’t expect to find a broader variety like a Long Island or similar. Guest Relations and Amenities: The guest relations service was a highlight, with staff regularly checking in to ensure our stay was going well. They were also helpful in arranging transportation, such as booking a taxi to the airport. Pool and Beach: If you’re visiting during the high season, be prepared to secure your spot by the pool early—around 7 AM. Otherwise, you may struggle to find a place. Fortunately, the beach area tends to have more available loungers. Many reviews mention the stairs throughout the resort, but this wasn't a major issue for us. A tram runs during the day, and small cars transport guests to their rooms in the evening.

Dining Options: We were disappointed with the pre-booked restaurants, which didn’t offer much more than what you could find at the main buffet. If variety is what you’re after, I’d recommend sticking to the buffet. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the hotel didn’t fully live up to its 5-star rating, particularly in terms of the kids' activities and overall service quality. With a few improvements, it could offer a much better experience.

Lovely location and views. Lots of food and staff were great.

The main pool got very busy but there were always sunbeds at the smaller pool or on the beach. Our family room could have done with a mirror in both bedrooms and also coat hooks on the wall in both bedrooms. It was odd not having any kind of mirror in one of the rooms. But otherwise very well laid out.

All the facilities, the pools, the sapce. the waterpark is great, the transpotation great, alot of pools so no crowded. always places to sit

There are many types of rooms so after i extended my visit we moved to smaller room, much much smaller.

Wonderful hotel for families. The food was fantastic. Hotel Train available to get to the slides.

Sunloungers at the main pool already had towels on them since 7am but the bathers were vacant for 3 hours - no enforcement of towel removal by staff.

Restaurant Personal unfreundlich. Dachten teilweise fast wir müssen uns entschuldigen, dass wir da sind. Buffet und Auswahl eher klein. Nicht sehr vielseitig Der Bademeister pfeift bei den Kinder bei jeder Kleinigkeit. Kinder können hier nicht frei spielen oder Kind sein. Meiner Meinung! Sicherheit muss sein, aber spielen sollte man können. Pool schliesst Punkt 18 Uhr. Waren auf Kreta in einem anderen Village. Pool wäre um 19 Uhr geschlossen. Kinder konnte jedoch bis min. 21 Uhr im Pool SPIELEN und Kind sein. Planschen spielen und ja, auch einmal in den Pool springen. Alles Inklusive ? Heisst hier zudem Vollpension. Drei Zeitfenster zum essen und trinken. Ist dies all Included? Oder wie an anderen Orten, wo man bei alles Inklusive den ganzen Tag was trinken und essen kann? Kann jeder selber entscheiden. Wir kennen alles Inklusive anders.

Location is great, water park is fun and a great atmosphere in the evening sitting outside and enjoying the sea view. Staff was very pleasant and all in all we had a great time
