I like the location and amenities

Unfortunately, we didn’t like anything because the rooms were smelling so bad

It was clean, comfortable , good location near the sea

The property was soo bad, it was not at all clean and there was dirty and used linen when we checked in. The heating was not wt all working. And there was no hot water at all, freezing cold water. Even called the owner, but they didn’t respond to me.

The caravan was situated near the play park. We had a no hassle check in. The caravan had enough rooms for us all.

It was very cold ( which we were anticipating for the time of year) but there were a few things making this worse such as the broken window in the bathroom which allowed the cold air to flow in. missing clips on a bedroom window and there were heaters provided but these are very small and not adequate in warming up the rooms. The Internet wasn't very good and kept going on and off and buffering. We used our data to watch movies/programmes. We had requested a travel cot before arrival. Which we found in a cupboard but it would have been helpful to have this set up already as we didn't arrive untill nearer our 2 year olds bedtime. Some things were not as clean as we are used to such as plates/cutlery. We did not pay as much as the season had finished but if I had paid for a weekend in season I would have been disappointed. It would be good to update photos as the kids thought there would be board games but these were not there when we arrived. There was elefun pieces for a game but it was slightly broken. Everything we required was there, and we still had a nice weekend as a family but wouldn't stay again due to the facilities being a bit tired and due to it being too cold in November!!.

stained sitting area,mould on curtains, broken heater foot, no light in toilet, frayed hems on curtains, edges of table were broken and dangerous for toddler, ripped pillow case, piece of wood in sitting area was broken off. A shoe string used for pull light in shower room. Single beds ( mattresses too springy and whole bed and frame moved when turning in bed) Wet floor when entering caravan and toddler slipped and banged head. Condinsation on shower room ceiling which eventually cleared. Checking in by host wasn’t done to site reception. Had to call host. Sent 4 emails over the 3 months since booking and not 2 was responded to until the day we arrived. 😡 Photos of this caravan need updated as the cleanliness to the furnishings was not up to standard . No fire guard to prevent toddler touching the fire whilst on. Was a short stay so persevered. Not value for money, too expensive for the experience we all had.
