The bed is comfy, very secluded location with great potential. The forest walk is brilliant. Nice and secluded, very quiet area where you can switch off.

Covered in cobwebs, had a smell of damp. Very dirty. Constantly having signs and messages about being out early for a “deep clean” but looks like to never have been deep cleaned. The hob was dirty, oven smelt like burnt bacon fat, all lights were baked in dust and not been cleaned prior. The radiators were baked in dust. No prior warning about the conditions of the road coming into the property, if you’re in a low vehicle you will have no chance getting to this property without scraping the front end.

The entire experience, from going through the entrance... to leaving again 20 minutes later. I now know what a Labour voter feels like.
