Value for money beachfront resort. Well maintained, safe, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast includes omelette with toast, coffee/tea, juice and fruits. They had the same for a week. It tasted great esp when enjoyed with the sea view. Alur Beach Homestay has 2 locations on Amed within 5-10mins walk apart. Highly recommend the king room which comes with a huge bed, great aircon, fridge, shampoo, soap, handwash, toilet paper, cupboard, 1 bedside lamp, PowerPoints on both sides of bed, daybed, dining table and chairs. King room is located next to Mejore beach hotel. The sea water is clear especially on a sunny morning. Snorkel to the right of homestay and you can see Fish and Turtle. Beautiful sunrise at 6.15-6.20am on the right and watch Mount Agung located on the left. Made and Wayan are always at the homestay, making sure all our needs are attended to. They will inform you of the paid activities if you are interested. 👍 They recommended Topical Sunset Restaurant which we love. Look forward to coming back.

Lack of pool lounge chairs on the beach. Entry from the main road is v dusty.

The most wonderful stay in Amed. Cosy and comfortable rooms facing the ocean.

Stuff is unbelievably friendly, the facilities were great: beach right in front of your doors, sleeping to the sound of waves, room big and clean, breakfast was amazing also

I liked everything. It’s a beachfront room so I went from my room straight to snorkeling. The breakfast was also really nice. The owners and workers are very friendly and kind.

Such a great location. Laundry shops, restaurants and beautiful beach are right there.

Wow, this is the closest I stayed to the ocean ever. Wonderful! Good size room, good bed and ac and a very nice porch to look at the ocean and where a tasty breakfast was served. The staff was very welcoming and friendly!

Very nice hotel at the first line on the beach. The hosts are the family. They all are so friendly, helpful and nice people, they help you with everything you need. I felt lots of care during my stay. You feel really welcome at Alur! And the food they cook for you is really the best quality in 500 m radius (further we didn't walk). We will definitely come there again! Thank you🙏

Nothing! It was one of the best stays on my vacation.

The homestay was on the beach. It was very clean with good wifi. Madi has a boat and organises snorkeling trips. We enjoyed the breakfast.
