Padang Homestay

Sadly, we only booked for one night. I really would have enjoyed staying longer because everyone was very welcoming and nice. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the bathroom was the best I've seen in a very long time. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here🤗

The warm welcome, lovely clean bathroom with a great shower. Jen and Bayu were so friendly and helpful and full of information and helped plan our time in Padang and then arranged our next days trip. Coffee and tea available which was super handy, AC kept the room lovely and cool. Lots of little nearby places to eat, buy fruit etc. Honestly a great stay! A brilliant start to our time in Sumatra.

Nothing really, the sheet on the bed kept coming off as was a bit slippery but that's really nit picking ha ha. It was just a perfect place to stay.

stayed in real “ kampung “ with the family ! the host Jen + Bayu , brother Tomy / whole family are excellent ! definitely will return !

Bayu and Jen are such lovely hosts. We contacted them before arrival and made sure everything was fine. They replied immediately and even allowed us to store some luggage at their place during a short trip of ours. They offered us their best room, which had a brand new bathroom. The bed and the room itself also was very good and super clean! As Bayu himself is a tour guide, he gave us tips how we could get to Gunung Talang, a nearby volcano, with public transport. When we had some trouble at the Ranger Post we called him and he resolved the issue for us so we could start climbing the volcano. To sum it up, the two were the most friendly and helpful hosts we have encountered

Nice room for a very affordable price. The hosts were super nice and friendly, and helped us discover the Pandang-area. Thank you Padang Homestay!

Excellent host

The owner treat us well. Place very clean and complete. Have a good wifi and drinks outside the room.
