First and foremost, Arsha and Biju, the owners were the best. They had so much knowledge about the best things to do and see and arranged a schedule for us perfectly. They were also a lovely couple and it was so interesting to talk to them about their life and the culture of India. Rooms are basic but have what you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is very tasty and varied - Arsha also made us a last minute dinner when we came in from the station late which was lovely. All in all, a lovely homestay and we had a fabulous few days.

The place is cleaner than a hotel. The host is interesting to talk to, and is extremely knowledgeable about tourism in Kerala. He helped me tailor a suit and find a wedding gift.

The homestay is really clean and peacefully. We were close to the backwaters, so if you want some early activity this is perfect. Rabi is a genius man. He maked our stay comfortable and provided us a lot of options and activities to do for a good deal. If we come back to Alleppey, we will repeat again without no doubt.

Thank you Mr. Byju for welcoming us to this place. It is a wonderful place to stay! We loved the ambience, and location is very close to Nehru Trophy Boat Race finishing point. Rooms and common areas are very clean, spacious, decent and well maintained. I would recommend this place, if you are looking for a feel of homestay.

The beds were comfortable and clean. So was the bathroom. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

The shower would only give cold water.

Host did not give us the breakfast.

The property is nice and clean. However, please be very careful while taking any additional services from this host in particular. He will not be very clear initially but once you have taken the services, he will charge you as per his convenience. We did not like it at all. I literally had to fight with Baiju for the additional charges. You can stay at the property, however I would recommend to take the additional services from someone else or you can book it online before you reach there. Additional services including, cab services for visiting nearby places, houseboat and any adventure activity. After mentioning also he did not give us hot water for drinking and bathing.
