L’emplacement est idéal.

Les fortes odeurs de moisissures dans la chambre et les meubles. Impossible de rester les trois nuits prévues nous sommes partis après la première nuit. Personnel avec qui nous n’avons eu que très peu de contact.

Mattress was very very comfortable. It was exceptional value for money so close to Ubud town. They replenished a hot water jug with boiling water every morning so we could make our own hot drinks, really loved this service. Also if we needed anything there was a whatsapp number to text for room cleaning, toilet roll etc...

Considering the price everything was incredible. But a couple things to mention, those paying for the rooms without a/c your room and bathroom can get very moist, it does smell a little like mold but it wasn't a dealbreaker to us

Great location, simple clean room and liked the coffee set up each morning.

The owner was very helpful to storage our luggage before the check in and also very polite. But i didnt sleep at the room . The aircon was not working well and the smell of mould was unbearable hence i left even if i paid for the night. I dont know if this is something that they can fix but honestly and unfortunately i couldn't breathe there.

The location is in a very good place clean and quiet

Unfortunately the last day my bed was infested with ants, they bitten me and I did a terrible allergic reaction and I was not able to sleep next night even the owner gave me another room. Also there is a very strong chemical product smell in the rooms.

In general, I think in other conditions the place is very quiet and cozy. Small garden inside with little pond and carps. The kitchen small but have all the facilities. Stuff is very friendly and welcoming. They allowed my late checkin. After my willingness to leave they have me full refund which was really nice.

I came to this place by reading reviews that it’s quiet. This what I needed, I booked for one week to check. First day was really quiet so I booked whole month. And the next day they started to make construction work on the second flour from 8 am. I was so surprised and annoyed by constant noise, I thought maybe it was for one day, but It didn’t stop. I asked the manager how long is going to be and he said that they have to finish until August. So maybe if you will go first ask the property owner about the process. If you don’t want to stuck again in scrolling and trying to find something available with good price in the city center. Also kitchen could be more clean.
