BANANA FARM HOUSE

Loved the ambience, host, food, and whole aura of banana farmhouse. Highly Recommended.

Lovely place to stay outside the noise of Hampi and the barking dogs as I later found out when I moved into the centre. The owners were kind and helpful and the evening meals were delicious and good value. They have bikes to rent to cycle around Hampi and this was really good so you don’t have to get a rickshaw to get around. I was also given a lift on the back of the son in law’s scooter to the start of the walk up to see the sunrise. He didn’t seem to mind taking me at 5.30am. 😊 Worth a visit the Happy Hampi cafe too just a few minutes walk over the road.

There was a big WiFi outage for a day but seemingly due to a cut wire and I then found out WiFi wasn’t great in Hampi generally.

I was made to feel very welcome. Sharada is an amazing cook and all the meals were delicious. She helped with every question I had, and they let me arrive super early because of my night bus. The beds are super comfortable and the location is great. I’d highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and the location was very peaceful but still only a couple of minutes tuk tuk drive to the main area of Hampi. We had dinner here which was a delicious thali from the hosts on two of the nights and enjoyed breakfast there as well. I really enjoyed my stay here :)

Great guest house, a short tuktuk/bike ride away from central Hampi. A well run family guest house with great staff and very tasty home cooked Indian food. A great base from to explore Hampi.

They were very friendly and tried to solve any problems I needed. Very satisfied.

We felt very welcome at the Banana Farm house. It's a lovely family. We got to know the Indian culture more. They where flexible with the check-in and check-out time, which made our stay even more pleasant.
