Nice place, close to Hampi, small village with some restaurants on walking distance. Very helpful people,they can arrange a tuktuk to visit the Hampi sites. Communication in English. Having breakfast/lunch is possible as well as doing laundry (washing machine). When we arrived back late because of a storm the owner tried to reach us to pick us up because he was worried. Very friendly.

Sharada and her husband were excellent hosts! Lovely and endless amounts of tasy food. Clothes washing, bike hire, water and an airport transfer were all effortlessly arranged. We felt safe and very welcome in their home. Thank you!

"Brilliant stay and wonderful hosts"

Sharada and Pampi were excellent, friendly hosts. They made our stay perfect. Sharada cooked us so many delicious meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner! Delicious coffee, tea and banana milkshakes too. They helped us to organise our tour of Hampi with a great tuk tuk guide and told us where to rent bikes when we crossed the river. Sharada did all our laundry so quickly. They also arranged a tuk tuk to pick us up from the station. Due to recent government and UNESCO rulings, a lot of guesthouses have been destroyed, but Banana Farm House has fought to keep 5 wonderful rooms. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Sharada made really nice typical indian with lemon rice , dhal and banana lassi, with refreshing curd; Coffee in the morning and option for breakfast too, Room clean and relaxing 😁
