Sithara Homestay Fort Cochin

We had an amazing stay! Only one night unfortunately but Harry and Mercy were fantastic hosts and we wished we could have stayed longer. The Homestay is lovely and quiet yet within walking distance to main attractions in Fort Kochi. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, our best in India. Harry arranged for a driver to the nearby waterfalls, airport transfer and a tuk tuk tour. Nothing was too much trouble. I hope we will be back!

Great location in 10min walking distance to Fort Kochi. The hosts are very friendly and the selfmade breakfast delicous. If you need transportation they will also organise one for a fair price.

Harry John particularly helpful organising driver guide for our following trip to Munnar. Tickets to Kathakali and Rickshaw Driver. Highly highly recommend

Our stay at the Sithara Homestay was absolutely amazing. Harry and Mercy really welcomed us into their home - we felt like one of the family! Everything was very clean and the location was amazing! Harry and Mercy helped us with everything we needed help with - from taxis to laundry, and even offered delicious home-cooked breakfast. Cannot recommend a stay more!

The breakfast was tasty. Served with affection. Wholesome, with daily seasonal fruit. Served outdoors, the quantity is unlimited. They both( Harry sir, Mercymaam & their househelp, on All days of our stay, ensured that we had our fill. The previous night, they also asked for our preferences. Which I found to be very thoughtful of them. The room was neat, mosquito proofed, with good ac. Adequate for us. The house itself situated away from the main road, ensured that it was quiet. The homestay is at walkable distance from most tourist attractions, Cafes, n especially the beach. A Huge Plus point.

Great location in Fort Kochi, you can walk everywhere! We had a clean, cosy, comfortable room and a delicious home cooked breakfast in the morning. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and really made us feel like one of the family. They arranged our transport to the airport when it was sadly time to leave. Next time we're in Kochi we'll be sure to spend more nights here!

The bathroom was small and basic, if you're worried about that kind of thing.
