Great room everything you would need, very clean and great location

We booked this accommodation as a base for a couple of nights in York. As such it suited us that catering was not available and the provision of coffee etc was all we needed. We were advised about location of local stores. For what we required this accommodation ticked all the boxes.

It's diificult to think of anything that might have improved our experience given that we were more than satisfied with the accommodation. There was not anything that we didn't like.

The cleanliness, the location, Peter the owner could not do enough to make our stay really nice. A simple hassle free way to visit york

Having to go home again.

Very good location, easy access to the old town in a quiet neoghbouthood. The host is friendly and ready to help. The place usvery clean and comfy.

Generally was good, just that I had a bit of trouble adjusting the shower tempurature. Think it was was me not knowing how it operates the switch or something. But the bathroom was really clean and neat at all times whenever I used it..Amazing. Tks.

Lovely decoration in room and really clean house

I was made to feel welcome before I even arrived, then upon arrival encountered a very accommodating proprietor and a warm, homely guest house. Although the check-in time was stated as later than my arrival, I was able to check-in and unpack a bit without delay. I am accustomed to en-suites but there was no issue whatsoever with the shared bathroom as it was always available when we required it and was spotless.

Central location, very welcoming and lovely host. It was my partners birthday and Peter put up a birthday banner and some balloons for me before our arrival.

Peter, our host was very accommodating and didn’t hesitate to make our stay as comfortable as possible. the location and cleanliness of the property were perfect too.
